The Production Control department has been re-structured as Order Control and Customer Service Specialist teams. The customer service specialist team will now be taking calls from customers after a job order has been sold. Its primary function will be communicating delivery dates and addressing customer concerns as needed. This department will interact with the sales team on instances when an order already submitted and processed thru the order control team gets changed on its pricing and/or products originally offered to the customer.
 
The department is split into three teams called the Red, Yellow and Green Team. All orders will be classified by the Order Control and Customer Service Manager prior to being distributed to the proper team. Below is the guidelines of how the job orders will get split:

Army Contracts
New Customers
Orders for Amounts of $100K Dollars or Greater
 
Yellow:
Overall Length VerticalTurbines
Stocking Orders
Export Orders
 
Green:
Agricultural/Irrigation Orders
Parts Orders
